Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Production Method:


1. One-step method, using active polyether and active monomer to polymerize in an aqueous solution, the reaction temperature is 60 degrees, and the reaction time is 8-9 hours. The product features of the process are high water reduction, good slump retention, that is, good fluidity maintenance, simple process, easy control, and stable product quality. Suitable for occasions such as commercial concrete.


2. Two-step method, using MPEG to prepare active macromonomer, macromonomer, reaction time 9-10 hours, using solvent-free process. The second step adopts aqueous solution polymerization to copolymerize the macromonomer and other active monomers. The reaction time is 8-10 hours and the temperature is 80 degrees. The product features of this process have a large water reduction rate, a general fluidity, and a high early strength.
